I called Elsa and she's picking up. Well here's the thing, we're arguing about her working and going to school again. She's still weak and I'm so afraid that she will hurt again.
Yesterday, she told me that she will go back to work again and I said no. Why would she work again if she has me? I can support everything. She insisted to work and I was mad.
She was mad and left.
I know I know it's my fault and she's just stubborn as hell. Now I'm walking to the coffee shop where she used to work. She works there again because she loves to be a barista and there she is. I got inside the coffee shop and saw her working.
Our eyes met and she quickly look away, I sighed
"Jay!" Kevin greeted and I smiled and I ordered a cappucino and a cheese cake. I paid it and sat where I can see Elsa working.
"Cappucino." She walked to me and brought my coffee without looking at me. She just put there and walked away. I swear she was cute pouting like that but I can't stand she's not talking to me. I took my cup and suddenly there an interesting note. She wrote it on the tissue.
Go away Elmo, I hate you.
I laughed looking at her note and she looked at me weirdly. I waved her note and laugh and she just turned away.
"Hilarious." I laughed again and suddenly someone tapped me.
"Oh hey." It's my friend Sean from Australia, why is he here?
"Hey man." He walked to me and sat in front of me.
"Hey dude, what's up?"
"Just visiting my best friend here in LA and I never thought I see you again."
"Yeah, it's been a long time since we chill like this." I chuckled.
"Elmo?" He raised the tissue and I chuckled.
"Yeah, my fiancee is mad at me and she told me to go away from here."
"Who's your fiance?" He asked and I pointed at Elsa.
"Oh that girl, nice dude. Never thought you will settle this early." He nodded and gave me a thumbs up.
"Yeah.. I know It's just so fast and how about you?" I asked.
"I interested in this Korean girl, she is the same as me and she's so feisty."
"Well let me tell you something, Elsa was so so feisty and it kills me slowly, she act so careless dude."
"Well now you tell me how am I going to do to this girl?" He asked.
"Well just act sweet and show your love and care towards her. She will melt anyway.."
"Hi!" Suddenly Elsa appeared and sat next to Sean.
"Hello I'm Sean, Jayson's friend."
"Nice to meet you Sean, I'm Elsa." She smiled and shook his hand.
"Elsa."
"I don't want to talk to you!" She glared and Sean laughed.
"Geez.."
"You two are going to be the best couple ever!" Sean laughed.
"I guess." I shrugged.
"So Elsa, I wanna ask you about something." Sean said
"What is it?"
"So how do I make this girl to like me? She's so feisty like you."
"Like me?" I smiled while she's glared.
"Yeah."
"Well I'm not feisty but this guy is rude to me." She glared and me and then smiling to Sean with her beautiful smiled. I pouted.
"Well you can start to care for her and start to show your true feelings like taking her to amusment park and some other romantic dates, In a flash she will like you." She patted his shoulder and why am I starting to get jealous here?
"I know that she likes rose and should I bring that too?"
"Not everyday but sometimes, girls doesn't like it if guys showed everyday and bring flowers it will be annoying so just take time and show her little by little, text her morning and night. Ask if she already eat or no and gave her sweet things like drop a pizza in front of her door." Elsa sparkles and I chuckled looking at her imagining all that.
"Really? Did Jayson do that?" Sean asked.
"No." She looked at me and glared and then Sean laughed.
"Dude!" Sean looked at me and chuckled.
"I'll continue my work!" Elsa left.
"Dude she's hilarious and cute."
"That's my fiancee you're talking about." I glared.
"Oh stop being jealous, and help me out dude! How about we double date this Friday?" He asked.
"Well that's a great idea."
"Where should we go?" He asked.
"Ehm aquarium, girls love aquarium." I suggested.
"Aquarium? Well okay I will try and okay I'll see you on Friday, you still got the same number right?" He asked and I nodded.
"Yeah still the same."
"Okay bye!"
"Bye!"
Now I looked at Elsa and she sticked her tongue out. I chuckled and wait for her shift to end. I looked at my watch and it's 30 minutes left. I walked out and waited in my car in front of the cafe. She's such a cutie. I watched her working and talking to her friends while making a coffee.
I saw her happiness while working and I don't want to take that away. I will let her work and just let her enjoy her life. I smiled to her happy not lying there so weak. She walked out the cafe and I opened my window.
"Elsa." She walked away and I drove my car beside her since the road is empty.
"Hey beautiful, what's your name?" I joked.
"Talk to my hand." She gave me her hand.
"Hello beautiful, want to ride with me?"
"Shut up." She glared. I quickly turned off my car and got out. I ran to her and back hug her while chuckling.
"I'm sorry." I kissed her cheek.
"No!"
"I'm sorry, I'll let you work from now on. I saw that you're happy doing it so I'll let you work." Suddenly she turned to me and smiled.
"Okay."
"Okay?"
"Yeah, listen. Even we're going to get married it doesn't mean that you can support me with everything. I can do that and if I need your help I will talk to you. I don't want to burden you with my life and I want this too because I'm happy and I hope you understand. I know you worried but please I'm fine and I promise that I will be okay and take care of myself." She held my hand.
"I just-I just want you to understand that I don't want you to get tired and sick again. I was lifeless seeing you almost die in front of my eyes." I looked into her eyes.
"I won't leave you."
"I know."
"I will take care of myself and there Kevin too, he can contact you if something happens to me." She smiled.
"I know, does everygirl want to lay around and shopping and do girl things?" I asked.
"Not everygirl Jayson, I'm not that girl. I can be happy just because of little things. Like eating or working, be happy is simple. You don't need any jewelry or sport car to be happy. I'm a simple girl, and you elmo are lucky because you won't be needing any money to buy me jewelry." She pointed to my chest and I chuckled.
"Yeah I'm a lucky man then.." I ruffled her hair.
"But don't ruin my hair!" She pouted.
"Oh?" I ruffled her hair again.
"I'm so no-" I carried her bridal style to my car.
