"It feels like it's been forever since we've had a chat just you and me. How's things going at the bar darlin'?" My mom sets a cup of coffee down in front of me on the kitchen table and then sits next to me with her own. Brody is at school while both Sophie and Katie are taking a nap and everyone else is either on the farm or at the pub. "I know, Ma. The bar is going great but things have been crazy busy these past few weeks, especially with getting ready for the twins."

She nods her head excitement pouring out of her, She's not been shy in showing how excited she is for the twin's arrival but then again she's always been the same with all of my children. "I know things are crazy but it will be worth it. Two more little babies, two more grandbabies for me to love. Oww, I can't wait!" Her words make me smile and laugh. "I know, it's going to be manic but so much fun."

"Oh yes, I knew the twin gene would go to one of you, maybe it will go to more than one of you, can you imagine that?" Both my great-grandmother and grandmother on my mother's side had a set of twins each and then my mother so it was very likely that it would pass to one of us but I didn't imagine that it would be me. Then again I never thought I would have any more children after Amy and I slit up, Katie aside of course but I can't deny how excited I am for them to be born. "It's a pretty strong gene to be fair."

Unfortunately, the peace doesn't last long as soon enough everyone that has been on the farm starts coming in for lunch. "I'll make you guys some sandwiches. Chris, stick the coffee pot back on please, son." I nod and then stand up but before I've even fully stood up Jack jumps in my chair. "Would you jump in my grave as quick?" He looks up at me with nothing but innocence. "If it was this warm and comfy then yes, absolutely!" I shake my head at him but I can't hide my smile. "You're an arse!"

"You're right, I am but I'm okay with it." Within five minutes Jack, my Dad, Hunter, and Callum are all sitting around the table while my Mom makes sandwiches as I make the coffee and grab some chips from the cupboard and put them in the middle of the table for them to share. As I'm finishing up the last cup Sophie's voice comes through the baby monitor as she calls out to me. "I've got her," Callum says as he stands up and heads for the stairs.

We may have our own house but the girls often have their afternoon nap at my parents' house because a lot of the time I'm either out helping on the farm or I'm down at the bar. They spend a lot of time out on the farm with me but they usually stay here when I'm at the bar which is where I have been all morning. A few minutes later Callum comes down the stairs with both of my daughters, one on each hip. "Katie woke up when I went in. I've changed her diaper but I think she's hungry."

"I'll make her a bottle." Jacks up and at the fridge, before I have a chance to say anything, he loves feeding Katie so I just leave him to it. Katie will be one in four weeks and is on solid foods but the girl still loves a bottle after her nap, before bed, and in the morning. "You want lunch baby girl?" Sophie nods at my Mom as Callum walks back over to his seat and sits down. My Dad leans over and takes Katie off him while he sits Sophie on the table so that she faces him and he starts singing some song to her. "Yes, peas, Gram." My Mom smiles at her cute baby talk as she uses princess cookie cutters to cut sandwiches into Elsa shapes, She pops some strawberries and chips on the plate with the sandwich and grabs a juice pouch before taking them over to her where Callum sits her on his lap and she quickly gets stuck in.

"Where's Molly?" Jack asks as he sits down with Katie in his lap and starts feeding her a bottle. "She's in town with Tom. He wanted her opinion on some outfit or something." Considering he only wanted help with one outfit they had been gone over three hours. I've texted her several times to check in on her but still, I don't like her on her feet for this long. She's eight months pregnant and struggling to bless her heart. Both twins are a good size but due to there being two babies she could go into labour at any moment as twins tend to be born early. There is also a higher risk of her needing a cesarean section but I know that she's hoping to have a natural birth. If you ask me she's crazy brave. She wants to give birth to two babies when I have seen how hard it is to give birth to one. Jesus that girl is a superhero.

"Hey Chris, I was thinking that maybe we should put a camera up in the storm barn." Hunter looks a little worried which instantly gets my attention. "Why, what's going on?" He seems surprised by my question, maybe I'm missing something here. "Didn't Jack mention the noises that we have been hearing in there in the evenings?" Oh, yeah, I remember now. Apparently, there have been noises heard from inside there but every time anyone goes in there to check it out it's empty. "Yes, I remember now, sorry. If you think it's worth a try to try and find out what's going on then go for it. There's a spare security camera at the bar, I'll bring it home with me later." He nods his thanks before going back to eating lunch.

"Well, look what the devil dragged in," Jack says as the front door opens, and in walks, Tom with way more bags than are needed for one outfit, and my girl looking completely worn out. "And here she comes, waddle waddle!" Callum sings out causing both my Dad and Jack to snort with laughter. "Someone hit him for me, I'm too tired," She says as she heads towards me. "I got you covered, baby girl." Tom goes over and clips Callum around the back of the head. making me laugh.

"Be grateful you have my Niece in your arms or you would have had worse." Yes, Molly has a slight waddle when she walks now but fuck I still find her the sexiest woman ever and luckily for me her sexual appetite has stayed nice and healthy throughout her pregnancy although she is too uncomfortable for sex now that she's so big, it doesn't stop either of us giving and receiving oral sex which is just fine with me.

"Come here, sweetheart." I open up my arms and she walks into them cuddling into me as much as she can. "I see getting just one outfit went well." She looks up at me rolling her eyes while smirking. "Yeah, we were on the way back to the truck after he got his outfit and we passed a baby store and well... you can see how well that went," I swear that with the way that everyone in my family constantly buys for the babies that me and Molly have barley bought a thing.

"Momma, hugs?" We both turn to face Callum as Sophie sits in his lap with her arms in the air while she smiles at Molly. "Baby, remember what we talked about? about how Momma is gonna struggle to pick you up at the moment because your baby brothers are growing super big in her tummy and it makes it hard for her to carry you and Katie now." She turns her head sideways as she seems to think about what I have said. "I member." She looks at me with her arms still up and I walk over to her and pick her up. "Shall we go stand next to Momma so that you can hug her while I hold you?"

This has her smiling and Molly too, I know she hates not being able to hold the girls like she normally can. As we come to stand next to her, she wraps her arms around Sophie while I hold her weight making it a lot easier for her. Sophie has been constantly calling Molly Momma for the last four or five months and as much as some people will no doubt judge our situation I don't care. My kids and my girl are happy and that's all that matters to me Plus my family agrees with what is happening so anyone else's opinion really doesn't matter to me.

Katie has started talking, just small words at the moment but the best thing of all is that her first word was Dada... hell, I swear I cried like a baby when I heard her say that for the first time. As for Brody, he tends to go with however he feels each day, sometimes he'll call her Momma, and other times it is Molly but as long as he is happy and comfortable Molly doesn't mind what he calls her but for me, hearing my kids call her Mom really hits me in the heart and I love it every time that I hear it.

Molly

As soon as everyone is finished with lunch the guys head back to work including Chris while Ruby and I stay at the farmhouse with the girls tidying up while they play in the lounge and watch cartoons. Well, I'm trying to clean but Ruby keeps hitting me with her dishcloth and demanding that I sit down. "Sit your bottom down and put those feet up, you need to rest as much as possible!" She scolds me as she pulls out a chair at the table. "I'm fine, Ruby, I swear."

She raises one of her perfectly shaped eyebrows as she gives me her stern mother look that has me giving in and sitting my heavy ass down. I must admit it is nice to sit down after the busy morning that I have had but I still hate watching Ruby doing all the cleaning on her own. "I've had twins myself darlin' I know how hard it gets." My response is forgotten as a knock on the front door has me hauling my heavy bump off of the chair and across the room to open it only when I do open it, I see the last person that I was ever expecting to see again and what's more surprising is how she looks, I don't think I've ever seen her look like this before.

"Amy?"
