"Yes, mommy. I'm heading home," I responded.
"Good, my sweetie. It's late so go home right away, you're too interested in buying rocks, son, huh?" I was blown away by what mommy said.
"I'm sorry, mommy. By the way, mom, Sunday is tomorrow, can we have a family bonding?" I said softly while smiling.
I heard daddy chuckling from the other line. "Maybe our son is upset, we don't get along with him much anymore."
I was overwhelmed by what daddy said. "Yes, mommy. Promise me? Tomorrow, you'll just spend your time with me." I giggled after saying that.
"Promise, sweetie. All right, get in the cab, be sure to get home safe, okay?" mommy said.
"Yes, mom!"
After they said goodbye I hung up the phone. I'm so excited for tomorrow!
I just miss mom and dad so much so I really want to be with them.
I saw a taxi coming so I immediately stopped it.
I was about to ride the taxi when someone grabbed me. I stumbled when I saw men in black pulling at me.
I screamed for help but it was unlikely that anyone would hear me because it was late, and if anyone tried to help, he would not work because of the number of people holding me.
I gasped when they pushed me against the wall. I immediately sat down on the ground as my knees shook.
"W-What do you need?" I asked in fear.
The tall guy chuckled. "It's nice bro! What, who's first?"
I paled at what he said, I'm not a fool to not understand them. I know they're planning something bad for me!
I screamed when a man grabbed my arm, I kicked his chest but he quickly punched me in the stomach.
I was devastated one by one because of the pain caused by that blow.
"You're still fighting, huh?" he spoke demonically before approaching me again.
He grabbed my arms again but I was still struggling.
"Help! Please help me!" I cried and shouted as I tried to fight him.
He kept on punching my stomach causing me to weaken.
He was about to kiss me when we heard a woman's voice.
"Hey stinky creatures! What are you doing there ?!" I want to utter a word and ask for help but I'm really weak.
"Why, your courage too, what ?!" angry shout of the man in front of me.
I gazed at the woman who just shouted. I was amazed at how beautiful she was. She's holding a plastic bag with her right hand.
"Really loud! That's why I shouted, "eh," it philosophized.
I was amazed at the courage he had, the many men in front of him but he didn't seem to be afraid at all.
"You're a shameless woman." The man released me before standing up.
The woman just laughed at him as if it was still insulting. "Long pre, since birth."
I recoiled when the men suddenly rushed in the woman's direction.
I thought he would be damned because of me but it looks like I was wrong.
He just dodged every attack of the men on him. He just laughs at them while continuing to dodge.
I was even more amazed when he kicked a man causing it to spew away. She's so strong!
"One down pre, please tell your leader later that I'm sorry, huh?" smiling he said before punching another man in the jaw.
He only gives kicks and punches to each man but they immediately rock.
Those men's bodies are well-toned, but he effortlessly knocks them down.
A few minutes later the bodies of the men were lying on the ground.
I looked up at the beautiful woman, but she wasn't even surprised by what she did.
I was still slightly backward when he approached me.
"Why, backwards backwards, a. What do you think of me, mutant?" his sarcastic promise.
He helped me to my feet, which I thanked for. To this day I still tremble with fear.
"M-Thank you so much, if you didn't save me, maybe that's what they've done," I said tearfully.
He just nodded at what I said. "What's tearful? Are you too starstruck with me?"
I laughed at what he said. I hugged her tight in ecstasy. I really like her to be my friend!
He pulled me away from him with a trembling expression. "Gosh, mortals."
I smiled sweetly at her. "I am Arrow, by the way, are you?"
He frowned as he looked at me.
"Arrow?" he asked in astonishment, I nodded while a smile was posted on my lips.
He turned in the other direction while there was still a wondering expression.
"What's a princess doing here?" She whispered something that I ignored.
"Hey, what's your name?" I asked him again.
He turned to me. "What? Do I look older than you?"
I was surprised by his reaction so I quickly shook my head. "H-Not like that."
"I am Silhouette," she responded.
My smile widened when I heard his name. Her name suits her so much!
"You're so pretty." I giggled.
He grinned and raised two more eyebrows at me. "I know, right?"
I hugged him again with great joy, he is really cute!
"What! Stay away from my girl, hug me! What do you think of me? Cute pillow?" he complained while looking badly at me.
I was overwhelmed by what he said. "I just really like you."
"You're five hundred, I'm sorry, the queue is too long." I laughed when she said that.
"Let's be friends, okay? I promise, I'll be a good friend." I took his hand and begged to look at him.
He quickly withdrew his hand and nodded impatiently.
I jumped for joy at that question. Even if he was just forced, he still nodded, and it only means one thing! We're now friends.
"Be careful next time, Arrow. You'll never know who's going to attack you. I know you'll get what I want to say someday," she said.
I nodded even though I was confused by what he said.
