"Hey girlfriend you are back so early, how was your date?" Joan asked standing up from my bed
"I thought you already went home." I questioned using my fingers to brush my hair
"I am passing the night here, so tell me how did the date went?"
"The date sucks, that was the worst date that i have been to. fucking Hayden was so annoying that i felt like strangling him." I replied
"Why don't you make things right since you both are getting married, Tessa what you did back in highschool really broke him, it changed Hayden for the worst, Tess just apologize to Hayden." She reasoned
"Never Joan, Never, i can't apologize to him, i don't want him to think that i am weak." I said
"Tessa, apologizing to him doesn't make you weak, it makes you strong and it means that you are a better person." She explained
"Hi girls." My mom greeted walking into the room
"Hi mom, hi auntie." The both of us responded together
"How was your date with Hayden?" She asked
"It was fantastic, we had a lot of fun just like old times." I lied and Joan coughed
Fool! Is this the time to cough
"Wow! I am glad you guys are getting along and mending your friendship, the next step is to marry him." She said and i coughed
"Mom don't you think that it is too early to start talking about the marriage."
"Okay dear, you both should take care i am heading out." She said and both Joan and i nodded
"Why do you have to lie to auntie?" Joan asked the moment my mom exited the room
"What do you want me to tell her?" You want me to say hey mom! The date was a disaster, both Hayden and i couldn't get along, we practically hate each other." I said in one breath
"You should have just told her the truth instead of lying bestie."
"Dad do you just got here." I asked my dad the moment i turned and saw him leaning by the door
"Yes princess." He replied
"Uncle hope you didn't hear anything?" Joan asked
"Anything like what dear?" He questioned
"Nothing." Both Joan and i responded at once
"Princess i am here to inform you that the Anderson and us are throwing a party to formally announced your marriage to the public this weekend." My dad informed me
"Okay dad." I said
"Thanks dear for agreeing with all our decisions." My dad said walking towards me
"I love you dad and i will do anything for you and mom." I said hugging him
"I love you too honey." He said wrapping his arms around me
"Can i join too." Joan asked joining the hug
"Goodnight girls." My dad said disengaging from the hug before exiting the room
"What are you going to wear for the party?" Joan asked the moment my dad exited the room
"Don't know, but i will figure something out." I replied walking into the bathroom with Nicole trailing behind me
"Let's go shopping tomorrow so that we can get outfits for the party." She suggested and i nodded my head

"Son, how was your date with Tessa?" My mom asked the moment i stepped into the house
"It was a total disaster." I replied picking up the glass of wine in front of my mom
"I know you are the one who ruined the date, Tessa is a sweet, humble and well behaved girl." My dad who has been there the whole time praised her glaring at me
I scoffed out loud returning the glare.
If only he knows the kind of devil Tessa Lina Cooper is he won't seat here and praise her.
"You better start getting along with her because you both are getting married in a month time, but before then the Cooper's and us will be hosting a party where the board of directors, investors of both companies, friends and media will be in attendance."
"You are officially going to propose to Tessa on that day." My dad said shocking me
"No never, I won't do that. I am not getting married to that devil." I rapsed
"You are getting married to her and that is final, get ready for the party." My dad yelled glaring at me
"You can't just decide my future dear father." I yelled seething in anger
"I made you Hayden Leo Anderson and i can bring you down." He threatened
"You won't dare father, i worked hard for everything i have so you won't dare destroy me." I shouted
"Try anything funny dear son and you will see everything you have worked for crash before your eyes." He warned walking out on me
"Son just listen to your father those are not empty threats both of us know that he can destroy you with just a snap of his fingers." My mom advised
"But mom, i can't." I protested
"Please son just do it, marry Tessa, your dad doesn't make empty threats." She said
I know this are not empty threats, i know my father meant every word he said because he doesn't make empty threats.
He made me and he can destroy me, i am so going to make Tessa pay for this threat and for accepting to marry me
