Toby Terry, who was from the Blue Moon Pack, was a little confused. He looked in the direction where Derrick was pointing.
It was just the door to Room 3.
Derrick continued, "A beautiful woman will walk through this door shortly after. She is a delight. Mr. Terry, I'm being a sincere friend here."
As Derrick spoke, he gave Toby a meaningful smile that all men understood and patted Toby's arm. "You know what I'm saying, Mr. Terry?"
"I sure do." Toby looked elegant, and that didn't stop him from understanding what Derrick was implying.
Toby was the Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack, which was next door to Derrick's Blood Moon Pack. The two packs shared a friendly relationship. To some extent, they could be considered alliances.
Toby smiled meaningfully and said, "No wonder others praise Fittro Club as werewolves' heaven."
Derrick motioned to Toby and said, "Mr. Terry, and friends, I'm afraid I'll take my leave now."
Before leaving the room, Derrick said to Toby, "Mr. Terry, feel free to have fun here. After a while, I will get someone to send a prop to you. And I've picked a special woman for you myself, Mr. Terry. I do hope you can make every second she spends here meaningful."
"Mr. Fisher, thanks. That's very kind of you."
Derrick turned around and left Room 3. He walked towards the darkness.
Leaning against the wall, he took out a cigarette, stuffed it into his mouth, and lit it.
As the white smoke rose, he glanced at the woman who showed up at the door, and he smiled coldly.
Room 3 was the place where he had personally prepared for Lillian to suffer.
After Lillian entered Room 3, she put down the bottle.
She glanced around the room and didn't see Derrick. She was a little disappointed.
She thought it was Derrick who asked her to come here.
She turned around and was about to leave. She was just a waitress. She wasn't a call girl.
Toby stopped Lillian and asked, "What is your name?"
Lillian didn't see it coming. She was a little nervous while replying, "My name is Lillian."
"Lillian... That's a nice name.
"Come here and sit with me." Toby waved.
Lillian felt insulted and said, "Sir, I am just a waitress!"
She emphasized the last word, hoping that the man could understand that she wasn't a call girl and wouldn't drink with him.
However, Toby and the other members of the Blue Moon Pack had already assumed that she was the "special" woman that Derrick spoke of, from the moment she walked in from the door.
Under such a context, the word "special" was very meaningful.
Toby did not take Lillian's resistance seriously. He figured that she was playing hard to get.
He was not angry. He smiled kindly and said, "Sit down. Whether you are a waitress or not, it's the fact that you work at Fittro Club, right? Even if you are a janitor, you still have to abide by the rules of the company."
His words maintained a certain level of decency. He did not humiliate Lillian, nor did he curse her loudly.
Lillian could only grit her teeth and endure it. "I'm just a waitress. I don't drink with guests."
Toby looked at other men on the sofa and smiled. Somehow, his smile was meaningful and dangerous in Lillian's eyes.
"Relax. We aren't some freaky guests. We won't hurt you," Toby said nicely. Then he glanced at the two men next to him.
Those two began to size Lillian up.
Lillian wasn't so stupid to stay here. She wanted to leave at once. At the same time, Toby smiled and said, "It would be rude if we let you go just like that. After all, someone recommended you to me, saying that you, Miss Santos, are a very special woman."
His voice suddenly became cold as he continued, "Beta, take care of Miss Santos."
One of the tall and sturdy men immediately stood in front of Lillian with an expressionless face.
"Sir, this is Fittro Club! What are you doing? Whatever you're trying to do, you should know better than making trouble at Fittro Club!"
Lillian did not panic. After all, they were at Fittro Club, which was her strongest support.
Toby hesitated. He thought, 'Fittro Club is Alpha Patrick's property. I am well aware of that. I can't afford to mess with Alpha Patrick whatsoever.'
Meanwhile, someone walked in. He came to Toby and whispered in Toby's ear.
Instantly, Toby was no longer fearful of anything. Instead, his eyes were filled with mockery. He said, "Miss Santos, a birdy told me that you are a discarded person in Fittro Club. You are not under Fittro Club's protection."
Lillian immediately recalled what Christine had said that day. Toby's words made her face turn pale. This time, she really panicked. "Don't you dare do anything to me!"
"Miss Santos, don't be afraid. We don't want to do anything. We just want you to do a show."
"What show?"
"You will know when the prop is here." No sooner had Toby said this than a huge transparent cabinet was carried into Room 3.
The cabinet was upright and about three meters high.
It was a little like an upright coffin, only much larger. It was big enough to contain three or four people.
Only the top of the transparent container was uncovered. The rest of it was sealed completely.
Derrick was standing in the dark corner of the corridor while witnessing the "prop" being sent into the room. The cigarette in his hand burned to the end, and he was next to the trash can. He reached out, put out the cigarette, turned around, and left.
"Miss Santos." Toby took out his checkbook, smiling. He wrote down a figure which was astronomical for her, put the check on the table, and pushed it to her. "I want you to perform a show for us. This is your performance fee."
"200 thousand dollars?" Lillian could not help but exclaim.
She was dazzled by the figure in front of her eyes in an instant. Yet in the next second, she immediately had a bad feeling. She thought, 'That's a lot of money. What kind of show is worth this much?'
She looked at Toby vigilantly. "What kind of show?"
The figure on the check, after all, was very tempting for her.
