My long hair brushed against the floor, I touched it. It was so soft within the palm of my hands. My hand slid along it and my head lowered staring at my breast. They were strange, very. The nipples of my breast were weird and much different from my wolf form. I felt them, they were firm, round, and smooth. I began to observe my olive skin tone, unlike my furry wolf form. I barely had any hair on my skin to keep me warm.
How did they manage every day, to walk around in their human form without their fur to keep them warm? I thought. I then realized that's why they wore the strange covering Madison said was clothes. It was like their human fur, one of their many, for it wasn't as permanent as the fur of the wolve's skin.
My body shivered, feeling a bit cold. My hands wrapped around my body finding warmth. My eyes paused at my forehead and a strong feeling of sadness hit me, seeing the marking on my forehead, 'nothing'. I wanted to cry, but I couldn't. Madison had become suspicious of the frequent rain and I fear someone else would. I walked over to the bed to lie down and I fell flat onto my face. I was so used to walking on four feet rather than two. I pushed myself up and again try to walk, I almost fall again but I manage to catch myself holding onto the side of the bed.
The night I tried walking and learning to be steady on two feet until I eventually got the hang of it, not 100 percent though. I noticed if I walk fast I kept falling, so I had to walk slowly until I get the hang of using two feet.
I needed to be a part of the cruel alpha pack to be safe. I hope he'd treat me better in my human form just as Alaric. I closed my eyes going off to sleep.
The morning, I heard Madison at the front door downstairs, assuming it was the cruel alpha to see her. I walked from the room. I stared at my feet the entire time hoping I didn't fall.
"What are you doing here?" I heard Madison at the door.
"I'm just here to see if she's fine."
It was Alaric at the door, I knew his voice.
I tried to walk fast to the stairs before he could leave. I needed him to talk to his alpha to give me another chance to prove to him I was a good wolf but I fear I would fall if I walk too fast. As I walked to the stare Alaric eyes met mine. His brown eyes widened.
"Hi," I smiled at him, trying to be polite.
He could be my only hope to be a part of the cruel alpha's pack, for he and the alpha seemed to be close.
Madison spun around to see what Alaric was leering at. Her eyes widened surprisingly.
"Go back upstairs you're naked!" she shouted as she shuts the door in Alaric face.
"No," I cried out.
Madison ran upstairs and took me by the right arm carrying me back inside the room. She made me sit on the bed.
"Why did you close the door on him?" I asked her.
Madison went into the closet and began searching for clothes. She closed the closet and approached me with a white clothes I remembered she said was a dress.
She instructed me to put it on. I tried but I failed to put on my own clothes. Madison had to help me.
As soon as she was through. I slowly began to walk from the room. Madison stopped me.
"No, I need to talk to Alaric," I told her.
"Have you found interest in him?" Madison stopped me.
I didn't understand what she meant, I just stared at her.
"Develop feelings for him?" she again asked.
I still didn't understand what she was saying.
"As in seeing yourself in a relationship with him," she explained.
I understand what a relationship was. My grandmother told me that's how I was conceived, but I didn't know how one could go about it.
"I want him to help me get into the pack," I told Madison.
Madison took me by the hand again and pulled me before her.
"The alpha doesn't want you to be a part of the pack," Madison stared into my eyes as she told me.
"But, I didn't steal the gold," I told her sadly.
"I know you didn't, Hun," Madison hugged me.
"You're safe with me now and you don't need to be a part of his pack to stay here," said Madison.
My head rested on her shoulder sadly. I wasn't safe here with her, she was not strong enough to protect me from my enemies. I needed the alpha protection even if he hurt me badly and he's cruel towards me. He is the only one that can save me from The Grey Pack.
Madison's arms moved from around me and she stared at me with a smile.
"I'm so happy that you've started to feel safe here, look at you within your human form. You are a beauty," she told me.
A sadness appeared on her face as her eyes paused at the horrible marking on my forehead.
"I'm sorry what my heartless nephew did to you," she apologized.
I nodded sadly.
Madison instructed me to sit on the bed.
"I'll be right back," she told me as she touches my head.
I nodded.
As she did, I had an idea and that was to go to the alpha's home in the hope he'll change his mind about taking me in the pack, once he sees my human form.
I left the room before Madison could notice I was gone and ran to see the alpha. My long hair blew behind me and my white dress was raised by the wind revealing my lower body.
I arrived on the hill, I went to knock on his door, but I heard no answer. I kept on knocking still I heard no one. I turned the doorknob eager to see the alpha. I was surprised when the door opened. I hesitate for a moment before letting myself in.
"Hello," I called as I entered.
The door slammed behind me by the wind. My body jumped frightened.
"Hello, alpha," I again called.
Still, I heard no answer.
I walked upstairs and I saw a strange door open. I slowly walked in hoping I could see him.
What I was doing was dangerous, entering his home without his permission but all I could think of was being a part of his pack. A wind blew through a half-open window within the strange room I was in, scattering some papers on the floor from a desk. I rushed to take them up and placed them on the desk. As I was about to place them on the desk, I paused staring at a red-haired and green eye female on the paper. She was wearing red apparel. I looked through the paper seeing there were more images of her. Who was she to the alpha? I wondered.
"Who are you and what are you doing in my office? I heard the alpha's powerful voice behind me.
My body jumped and I immediately dropped the papers onto his desk and spun around to look at him.
His eyes widened as he saw me.
